Dynamics4Business provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for trading and service companies. From our farm office near ’s-Hertogenbosch and offices in Deventer and Venlo, we work with a close-knit team on projects that make an impact. We are growing fast and are looking for reinforcement of developers with a passion for technology and quality.
Your role
Als Business Central Developer combineer je techniek en innovatie in projecten voor middelgrote en grote organisaties. Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert maatwerk in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, denkt mee over architectuur en bouwt integraties. Je vertaalt bedrijfsprocessen naar slimme, schaalbare oplossingen en werkt nauw samen met consultants en projectleiders voor succesvolle implementaties. Met moderne technologieën automatiseer je processen en ondersteun je gebruikers op een slimme, toekomstgerichte manier.
Wat je doet in de praktijk:
- Ontwikkelen, testen en implementeren van aanpassingen in Business Central (AL).
- Bouwen van koppelingen en integraties met andere systemen en platforms.
- Meedenken over de inzet van innovatieve technologieën zoals AI, Copilot en Agents om bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren.
- Samen met consultants wensen van klanten vertalen naar technische realisaties.
- Kennis delen binnen het team – want samen leren we sneller.
Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat techniek en innovatie écht waarde toevoegen aan de dagelijkse praktijk van onze klanten.
Who are we looking for?
- HBO working and thinking level (relevant college education is a strong preference)
- Aantoonbare ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL- of C/AL-ontwikkeling).
- Ervaring met het vertalen van bedrijfsprocessen naar technische oplossingen
- Enthousiast over nieuwe technologieën zoals AI, Copilot, Agents en vibe-coding – en ziet kansen om die slim in te zetten binnen Business Central.
- Ervaring met Git/GitHub en idealiter ook met AL-Go for GitHub om CI/CD-processen te automatiseren.
Kennis van en ervaring met het BC Admin Portal, Azure, Power Platform is een duidelijke pré.Je bent onderscheidend in je aanpak – nieuwsgierig, kritisch en vol ideeën. - En bovenal: je bent gedreven om te leren, te groeien en resultaten te behalen.
