Dynamics4Business provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for trading and service companies. From our farm office in ’s-Hertogenbosch and branches in Deventer and Venlo, we work with a close-knit team on projects that make an impact. Your role
As a Microsoft Managed Services Consultant, you are the first point of contact for customers and ensure a smooth, professional support process. You handle tickets by phone and online, monitor SLAs, optimize working methods and strive for first-time-right. You translate customer questions into concrete solutions - by yourself or with our 2nd-line consultants - and keep everyone clearly informed. You work mainly in ’s-Hertogenbosch, regularly in Venlo and can work partly from home.
Who are we looking for?
- HBO working and thinking level
- ≥ 3 years of experience on a support desk
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (must)
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Plus: knowledge of scheduling, DMS, scanning solutions and/or mobile service apps
- Pre: familiar with processes in Trade and Service
- Strong in communication, overview, structure and customer orientation
- Decisive, committed and commercially sensitive
