When was the last time you closed an application in frustration because you couldn't complete your task in a reasonable amount of time? You click yourself silly, the buttons are unclear and you get a lot of unnecessary information thrown at you. These are all examples of a poor User Experience(UX).
At Dynamics4Business, we believe that UX is not a luxury, but a necessity. A good User Experience ensures that people can work efficiently, pleasantly and error-free with a system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
UX is about the overall experience a user has when interacting with a system, application, or service. Efficiency<\/strong> - How quickly do you reach your goal?
Fault sensitivity<\/strong> - How often does a user accidentally make a mistake?
Satisfaction<\/strong> - How does a person feel when using?
In short: UX is everything that makes a system nice to work with.<\/p>\n\n\n\nUX is not an afterthought, but starting point<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You must be able to complete your task<\/strong> - The core of UX: does the app help you achieve your goal?
Immediately clear<\/strong> - You don't want to have to think about the controls. The app should feel logical.
Also for beginners<\/strong> - Whether you are using the app for the first time or the hundredth time, it should be intuitive.
Recognition helps<\/strong> - Smart design choices make new apps feel like familiar tools<\/p>\n\n\n\nUX not only delivers convenience, but also returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
More efficient development<\/strong> - keen on the right functionalities from the beginning
Less support<\/strong> - users can work independently
Time Saving<\/strong> - the user is ready faster<\/p>\n\n\n\nUX is an integral part of our framework<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

UX is not a trick, but a way of thinking. That's why we also invest in UX knowledge internally. For example, colleague Lisa van Baast<\/strong> recently completed her UX basic training at UX Academy<\/strong><\/a>. She delved into user research, wireframes and design thinking.
