Prominent had several separate applications for logistics, warehouse management and service handling. Key pain points: - The existing warehouse app was slow and not based on Microsoft technology. - Maintenance and support were difficult because the original developer was no longer available. - There was no unified workflow for warehouse, logistics and service, leading to inefficiency and frustration among users. The challenge was to transform this fragmented IT structure into a single integrated solution that was reliable, user-friendly and scalable - as well as perfectly aligned with employees' day-to-day operations.

The solution.

Dynamics4Business realized the Montage Meester app for Prominent, based on the standard solutions SmartWarehouse and SmartService within the Microsoft Power Platform. The app supports both the warehouse staff and the service organization under the Montage Meesters label - responsible for home delivery and service for chairs from Prominent and Velderhof.
