This allows us to easily pull this information out when we have follow-up questions. 

In addition, Dynamics4Business may use your personal information in forming an agreement with you regarding a project (usually consisting of services).

Dynamics4Business may also use personal information for marketing purposes, such as:

• Improving our services
• Contact you after you leave personal information to download an article, document or presentation

Your information will be used for marketing purposes until you request to stop receiving such information. You may send a request for inspection, correction or deletion of your personal data to info@d4b.nl. We will process your request as soon as possible (at the latest within 4 weeks). Your data will be permanently deleted (at the latest) within 3 months of your request.

Your data, including personal data, may be transferred to - and stored on - computers located outside your county, state or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Please note that if you are located outside the Netherlands and you provide data to us, we will transfer such data (including personal data) to the Netherlands and process it there. Your agreement to this privacy statement followed by your submission of such data indicates your consent to that transfer.

Dynamics4Business will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy statement and that your personal data is never transferred to any organization or country without appropriate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal data.

Dynamics4Business may disclose your personal information when a good faith belief has arisen that such action is necessary:

You have the right to restriction of processing: the right to have less data processed. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@d4b.nl. Dynamics4Business will respond to your request as soon as possible (at the latest within 4 weeks). Within (at the latest) 3 months after transfer we will delete your data permanently.

You have the right to transfer personal data (data portability). If you want to transfer your personal data, which Dynamics4Business holds, to another organization, this is possible. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@d4b.nl. Dynamics4Business will respond to your request as soon as possible (at the latest within 4 weeks). Within (at the latest) 3 months after transfer we will delete your data permanently.

You have at any time the right to withdraw the consent to process your personal data that Dynamics4Business holds. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@d4b.nl. Dynamics4Business will respond to your request as soon as possible (at the latest within 4 weeks). Within (at the latest) 3 months after unsubscription your data will be deleted permanently.
