The challenge.

For REMA, moving to a new ERP was complex. The existing Unit4 platform was severely outdated and connected to multiple systems - from warehouse processes to customer communications. Data quality and migration also played an important role, in addition to the fact that there was a lot of customization within the organization. The goal: a phased, careful transition to a modern platform that streamlines business processes and lays a solid foundation for further digitization.

The solution.

Dynamics4Business implemented Microsoft Business Central, with a successful Go Live on Jan. 6, 2025. In addition to a thorough review of business processes, several integrations and add-ons were set up.
Integrations with Capture Tech (warehouse), SmartEDI (digital customer communications), Onix (certificate management) and the webshop of parent company Axel Johnson International AB.
Deployment of add-ons such as D4B Base (basic add-ons for Business Central), Document Capture (automatic invoice processing), Direct Banking (bank connection), ShipIT (shipping module), ConnectIT (data integration) and Jet Reports (reports and dashboards).
Strong commitment to data migration and cleansing to ensure a smooth and reliable transition.
