Am I working at the office or at home?
That depends on your role, your assignment, and of course the client. Many colleagues combine working at the client's site, in the office, at home, or on the go. You have a lot of freedom in this regard, but we also expect you to make the right decision yourself. Ultimately, a satisfied client always comes first.
How big is Dynamics4Business?
We are large enough to execute significant Microsoft projects for medium and large organizations, yet small enough that we know each other personally. The lines of communication are short, you know your colleagues, and you're not just a number. Growth is important to us, but personal attention is at least as important.
What does a workday look like?
No two days are the same. One day you're at a client's site working on an implementation or workshop, the next day you're at the office or working from home on a solution. In between, you brainstorm with colleagues, share knowledge, and collaborate on great projects.
What if I'm not sure if I fit?
Then we'd be happy to get acquainted without obligation first. No complicated application procedure, just a good conversation. Sometimes you know immediately if it's a match, and sometimes you discover new possibilities.
What Microsoft technology am I working with?
Business Central, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, and AI. Which technology you use depends on your role, but you're always working with modern Microsoft solutions.
Do I need to be Microsoft certified?
That varies by position. Certifications are a nice bonus, but we find curiosity, subject matter interest, and the will to develop yourself more important. Don't have all the certifications yet? We're happy to help you with that.
Who are your clients?
We work for medium and large organizations in sectors including trade, manufacturing, installation, service, and equipment. Can I work part-time?
That's possible and depends on the function and the assignment. Much is negotiable, as long as it aligns with the wishes of our clients and the team. We're happy to look together at what works for both sides.
How soon can I start?
We decide that together. If we're both enthusiastic, we're happy to move quickly. Do you have a notice period or want to start later? That's not a problem either.
Can I continue to develop myself?
Absolutely. Microsoft certifications, TechDays, Directions, knowledge sessions, attention to personal skills, and colleagues who enjoy sharing knowledge are simply part of the job. Development isn't a separate program for us; it's an integral part of your daily practice.
