Dynamics4Business provides Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for trading and service companies. From our farm office near ’s-Hertogenbosch and offices in Deventer and Venlo, we work with a close-knit team on projects that make an impact. We are growing fast and are looking for reinforcement of developers with a passion for technology and quality.
Your role
As a Business Central Developer, you combine technology and innovation in projects for medium and large organizations. You develop and optimize customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, think about architecture and build integrations. You translate business processes into smart, scalable solutions and work closely with consultants and project leaders for successful implementations. With modern technologies, you automate processes and support users in a smart, future-oriented way.
What you do in practice:
- Develop, test and implement customizations in Business Central (AL).
- Building links and integrations with other systems and platforms.
- Collaborate on the use of innovative technologies such as AI, Copilot and Agents to optimize business processes.
- Working with consultants to translate customer requirements into technical realizations.
- Sharing knowledge within the team - because together we learn faster.
In short: you make sure that technology and innovation add real value to our customers' daily business.
Who are we looking for?
- HBO working and thinking level (relevant college education is a strong preference)
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL or C/AL development).
- Experience translating business processes into technical solutions
- Enthusiastic about new technologies such as AI, Copilot, Agents and vibe-coding - and sees opportunities to use them intelligently within Business Central.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and ideally also with AL-Go for GitHub to automate CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of and experience with the BC Admin Portal, Azure, Power Platform is a definite plus. You are distinctive in your approach - curious, critical and full of ideas. - And above all, you are driven to learn, grow and achieve results.
